How to Perform
Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Slowly open your mouth while keeping your tongue in place. Stop when you feel a gentle stretch but no pain. Hold for 5 seconds. Slowly close your mouth. Keep the movement slow, controlled, and symmetrical.
