Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Recovering from orthopaedic surgery requires a structured, progressive rehabilitation program. Our Post-Surgical Rehabilitation service is designed to help you regain strength, mobility, and function after procedures such as knee replacement, hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and spinal surgery.
We work closely with your surgeon to ensure our rehabilitation protocol aligns with their post-operative guidelines. Our program progresses through stages — from pain and swelling management in the early phase to advanced strengthening, balance training, and return-to-activity preparation in later phases.
